Application received

First we dive into your application and motivational letter and boy, do we like what we see. It’s time to get to know each other better.

Let's chat

The conversation starts with an introductory phone call with a friendly Robin recruiter. At this stage, we’re learning a little more about your background and ensuring we're on the same page.

1st interview

Next up is your first interview with someone from the team. We’ll dive deeper into your unique qualifications, check we’re a good fit, and give you the inside scoop on the team's goals and work.

2nd interview

It's time for a face-to-face interview. Here, we assess your expertise, motivators, technical skills, and that 'click' that only really happens in real life. This is also your chance to turn the tables and ask us some questions. Fire away!* 

*There might be an additional interview or a practical assignment, depending on the vacancy. But don’t fret, the recruitment team will guide you through every step of the process. You’ll do great, we know it.
