Come and join us at the WIBIS South Africa Wind Energy and Biodiversity Summit.
It’s being held on 28th and 29th May at the Wanderers Club in Johannesburg.
We'll be there to assist you with strategies and solutions for reducing the environmental impact of wind farms on bird populations.
On Tuesday 28th May, Sibylle Giraud will be delivering a keynote on how radars reduce the environmental impact of wind farms.
Sibylle Giraud is an experienced multi-lingual business developer, with an extended network and knowledge in the energy sector, and more specifically in the EMEA region. She heads the wind and environmental team here at Robin and is specialised in bird mitigations challenges in the wind industry.
Her mission is to bring new and innovative solutions to environmental companies, as well as to wind energy owner/operators. The goal is protecting migratory birds and endangered species and to mitigate the risk of bird mortality in any large-scale wind farm development.
