So what does that actually mean?
Well, it means that we put our employees first. That's what was reflected by our high employee feedback scores and with the external analysis of our company culture.
The employee study, called the 'Trust Index', measured the trust, pride and pleasure our team has at Robin.
The values of believability, respect, and fairness form the basis of trust. Other important values were pride and camaraderie.
