Robin Radar Systems is delighted to announce that we’ve been officially certified as a Great Place To Work® for the fifth year in a row.

This means that we put our people and company culture at the forefront of everything we do here at Robin. The certification was awarded based on excellent employee feedback survey results and an external review of our company values. 

Great Place to Work® use the most advanced data-centric methodology for measuring employee experience in the industry. 

It’s called the Trust Index and they use it to quantify the trust, pride and fun employees have in their workplace. They break the Trust Model down into 5 dimensions: Credibility, Respect, Fairness, Camaraderie and Pride.

We’re thrilled to announce that we continue to score highly across all categories, and also achieved near-perfect responses to the statements; “I can be myself around here” and “people here are treated fairly, regardless of ethnicity and/or religion/gender/age”. 

We also got a perfect score for being a physically safe place to work.

We’re delighted to retain the certification during a period of economic uncertainty and labour shortages and see it as a huge achievement. 

But, it's not something we take for granted. The data gleaned from this report is incredibly useful and will help us build and maintain a high-trust workplace culture. 

We want this, not just because life is short, but because it’s been proven to lead to successful companies and is essential in attracting top talent.
